Charles and Jay Patterson founded Southerland Communities to realize this vision and passion for the land. They bring a combined 50 years experience to the development of land in the highly desirable Central Texas Hill Country. A former speaker of the American Land Developers Association, Charles Patterson has earned a place in Who's Who of Business Leaders. His son Jay entered the family business in 1989 with a degree from Texas A&M University and currently serves as President of the company. His love of the land and outdoors extends through his business practices.
